We offer you and your family fun, education, and support as you travel from pregnancy through kindergarten
Parenting and Family Center
In our Family and Parenting Center we nurture your parent-child relationship and enrich the lives of your children! We have several different programs, groups for children from newborn-33 months. Groups are led by experienced social workers or early childhood teachers. After school and daytime enrichment classes are also offered.

Early Childhood Center Classes
The Riverdale YM-YWHA Early Childhood Centerl offers classes for two, three and four year olds. Each classrom is headed by a early childhood teacher and an assistant experienced in working with young children. Our facilities include indoor classrooms, outdoor playground and playdeck. We also make use of additional Y resources such as the gym. We provide professional physical education and music instruction, as well as nutritional and intergenerational programs. Parent /staff communication is encouraged, with conferences and special times for parents to visit classrooms.
