To begin your continuous monthly membership, you only need to pay fee for two months, plus the initiation fee. After the second month, we will automatically charge the current monthly fee to your credit card (MasterCard or Visa only). The monthly membership may be canceled by submitting a written request 30 days prior to the date of your monthly renewal date. Annual memberships may not be transfered or canceled.
