Tone your abs! This class consists of a variety of basic to advanced core exercises on the ball.
This class incorporates isolation moves for upper and lower body, shimmies, and traveling moves that will be utilized in a choreographed routine.
This intense 1-hour workout will consist of functional interval training, including cardiovascular and muscular endurance training.
Boxing Training Workout:
Increase your speed, agility and strength, and prepare to sweat in this intense interval training boxing class.
This multi-impact class, including a sculpt segment, will help develop your cardiovascular system and enhance your muscular endurance.
This yoga-based class will focus on using the breath to go into various standing, seated and lying poses. The class will conclude with meditation.
This class will explore standing, seated and floor postures; some weight-bearing upper body work; and basic practices (pranayama). Adaptations provided for experienced practitioners and newcomers alike.
(TEENS ALLOWED) This high-energy class incorporates a fusion of Latin and international music that combines aerobic/fitness interval dance routines. The combination of fast and slow rhythms will sculpt and tone the body.
This class incorporates techniques that increase strength and flexibility, while focusing on proper alignment and core stability. These exercises focus on lengthening muscles and maintaining alignment. The emphasis is placed on form and control, and is aimed at increasing body awareness.
This total body conditioning class involves the usage of light weights, bands, and therapy balls.
This class incorporates three different fitness disciplines. It will vary from week to week to incorporate cardio, strength, and yoga/meditation. No two classes will be the same!
Women’s Free Weight Training:
Take the fear out of free weight usage. This instructional class will help add variety to your strength training routines. Strengthen your body and protect your joints as you improve body awareness.
A rigorous, more athletic approach to yoga with a focus on flowing poses, alignment, and sequences that are linked to breath. Class accommodates all levels with modifications in poses for the beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga student.
This high-energy class incorporates a fusion of Latin and international music that combines aerobic/fitness interval dance routines. The combination of fast and slow rhythms will sculpt and tone the body.
Targets the baby-boomers. This Zumba class has the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements of Zumba: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton.
SilverSneakers® @ the Y:
SilverSneakers® I: Muscular Strength and Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SilverSneakers® II: Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises. (Note: this class requires 30 minutes of standing.)
SilverSneakers®: Yoga Stretch
This class will move your body through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Upon joining you receive 2 FREE orientations on the usage of the cardiovascular and strength training equipment. To schedule an appointment, please call ext. 222.
(C) Level — Adults only
Box lockers are available in the C level locker room for annual rental ($60) to members. Tall lockers are for daily use only; overnight usage is strictly prohibited. Personal lockers are for adults only. The Y is not responsible for lost or stolen items — be sure to lock your locker.
For your convenience, we offer a variety of accessories for purchase, including bathing caps, goggles, nose clips, locks, ear buds, and headphones. Our prices are competitive, so come and take advantage of this one-stop pro shop at the reception desk.
