Train like a pro
This functional training program incorporates a 'boot camp' style of training which includes walking/running, body work (push-ups, crunches, dips, etc.), stair running, plyometrics, interval training, and light weights. All fitness levels welcome. Come play with us, develop new friendships and have fun!
To run in the Y’s 5K race on May 3, 2015. Each year, participants more than meet their goals — they become hooked on the fun and camaraderie of their weekly fitness class.
All classes will be held in the Y gymnasium and fitness center.
No classes will be held on 9/24, 10/8, 10/15 and 11/26.
