Train like a pro
This functional training program incorporates a 'boot camp' style of training which includes walking/running, body work (push-ups, crunches, dips, etc.), stair running, plyometrics, interval training, and light weights. All fitness levels welcome. Come play with us, develop new friendships and have fun!
To run in the Y’s 5K/10K race in early May and to raise funds for a charity. Each year participants more than meet their goal — they become hooked on the fun and camaraderie of their weekly fitness class.
