Train like a pro
This functional training program incorporates a 'boot camp' style of training which includes walking/running, body work (push-ups, crunches, dips, etc.), stair running, plyometrics, interval training, and light weights. All fitness levels welcome. Come play with us, develop new friendships and have fun!
To run in the Y’s 5K run in early May and to raise funds for a charity. Each year participants more than meet their goal — they become hooked on the fun and camaraderie of their weekly fitness class.
All classes will be held in the Y gymnasium;
No classes will be held on November 27, 2013, December 25, 2013, and January 1, 2014.
