On January 15, RPAC will present “An Evening with Chuck Todd,” NBC News Director and moderator of “Meet the Press,” the longest running show in television history, and “MTP Daily.”
Mr. Todd will be the first celebrity featured in our “An Evening with…” annual major speaker event. These events will present a leading personality in television, film, literature, music, sports, etc., with the goal of engaging our community with motivating celebrities speaking about their special expertise.
Kicking of our first in an annual Series of “An Evening with…” events, Mr. Todd, a provocative interviewer and passionate journalist, will speak to issues of today: Patriotism, freedom of the press, bi-partisanship, and many others. In a unique turn-the-table discussion, Gary Rosenblatt, Editor and Publisher of the NY Jewish Week and Riverdale resident will interview Mr. Todd. The audience will have a chance to participate as well.
Mr. Todd is an author, moderator, and a political journalist. Among many honors and achievements, Chuck was named “The Most Powerful Journalist in Washington” in January 2012 by GQ as part of the “50 Most Powerful People in Washington” list.
This event is brought to you by the Riverdale Performing Arts Center (RPAC), the proud home of our three resident theater companies: Riverdale Rising Stars (teens); Junior Rising Stars (children); and Riverdale Repertory Company (adults).
