Israeli Cuisine @ Home – Hummus and Pita

Ingredients:
For Pita:
- 4 cups of white flour
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tbs salt
- 1.5 tbs dry yeast
- 2 tbs oil
- 3 cups water
For Hummus:
- 1 can of chick peas – 15.5 oz (Garbanzos)
- Or 1.5 cups of chick peas – after overnight in water, cook in boiled water until extra soft
- Or 1 bag if Frozen chick peas – cook in boiled water until extra soft
- 1 cup of Tehini
- 5 cups lemon juice
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
For serving:
- Olive oil
- Parsley
- Sweet paprika
- Hard boiled egg
