Krav Maga Self-Defense Course for Teenagers

This course is available to teenagers ages 14 years old to 18 years old in as part of the Riverdale Jewish Community Parntership and hosted at Conservative Synagogue Adath Israel Riverdale.

The cost is $36 for the entire course. All proceeds will be donated to Magen David Adom.

The goal of this 6 week course is to increase self-confidence and situational awareness. Participants will learn how to execute offensive combative techniques, such as punches, kicks, elbows and knees, and relevant defensive combative techniques. They will also learn other specific situational self-defense techniques.
