This is an advanced level training focused on equipping participants to be active allies / accomplices to the LGBTQ community in the work for greater equality and dignity. This training assumes prior work on the basics of LGBTQ identities and concepts.

In the Riverdale Y’s ongoing efforts to explore ways to make the Y more inclusive and welcoming of all members of our community, we have partnered with Keshet, a Jewish organization which educates and advocates on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community (and leads trainings for people of all religious/ethnic backgrounds).
