Mishkan Ha’am members and their invited guests are invited to “Sunday Night at the Movies” at the Riverdale YM-YWHA. The January film is “Eli and Ben”, which is a film about the coming of age of a 12-year-old boy dealing with most of the unusual annoyances facing a boy of his age: bullying, girls, among others. But these fade into the background when he must face the possible scandal, involving his father Ben, an architect working for the city, involving possible bribes. The situation becomes a major news story and Eli must face the stress and uncertainty of dealing with the situation with both his contemporaries and the public as well.
