Milana Kagen has been an early childhood educator at The Ella Baker School in Manhattan for the past ten years. She holds both a bachelors and masters degree from Sarah Lawrence College where she continues to lend her expertise in the field of education. Milana is dedicated to conversations about early childhood education and parenting both nationally and internationally. The Riverdale Y is proud to have as Milana a parent of both current and past students.
