As we close out our first week of being officially reopened, I would like to send a HUGE thank you to all of you for your patience and cooperation. It has been wonderful to meet all of you and see your smiling eyes as you enter back into the world of indoor health and fitness. In this email, I would also like to answer some Frequently Asked Questions:
Will your hours change?
YES! We continue to expand our hours and next week we will be open from 7 AM – 12 PM and from 4 PM- 8 PM. Please check the Riverdale Y app to see when reservations are available.
When will the pool open?
NYC regulations continue to prevent indoor pools from reopening; however, we expect an announcement soon and are prepared to reopen when that time comes. Until then, all aquatics programming is suspended.
What should I do if I want to continue to freeze my membership?
Members may request to continue to freeze their account, without any additional charge, through the end of 2020. If you would like to continue to freeze your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I access the building?
We ask that everyone enter through the front by buzzing the door, swiping your card is needed at the front desk, not the door.
Are your locker rooms open?
No, only the fitness center is open at this time. Please limit what you bring, as we have small cubbies in the fitness center for your personal items.
