Descriptions of New Classes

Body Burnout: HiiT/Tabata class for higher intensity training.

Sweat X: Strength and Endurance training class in the Quest studio. For intermediate to advanced athletes.

Dance Party: Raise your heart rates with new and innovative choreography. Sweat and shimmy to killer pop music of today! Similar in structure to zumba, but filled with contemporary moves that utilizing muscles in our core and legs. This class is non stop, high energy, inclusive, and fun for all levels.

Teen fitness: Cardio and bodyweight fitness for students 10 and up! Join us as we build strength and power through cardio dance fitness, bodyweight exercises, and fitness games – all to upbeat, popular music. Masks are required in this class, regardless of vaccination status.

Boxing: Learn the fundamentals of Boxing with this authentic boxing class. For fighters and amateurs alike; sweat and punch with power and speed.
