Part-time After School Front Desk/Customer Service

POSITION SUMMARY:

The front desk staff member greets parents and communicates with staff to ensure that children are being picked up from the after school program. Hours are 2:00PM-6:30PM Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and serves parents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicates with counselor staff via walkie talkie to ensure that children are being picked up when parents arrive
  • Provides information and customer service
  • Assists staff as necessary
  • Any other assignments deemed appropriate by supervisor
