Bliss Fit is a fun class that combines dance with stretching and strength training. .

Chair Yoga (Hybrid)

This gentle form of yoga, uniquely suited to older adults, confers benefits such as increased flexibility, better concentration, enhanced strength, and reduced stress. It can be performed while seated or with the support of a chair.
