(90 min) Join New York Adventure Club as we explore the rich history and stories of the Lower East Side, a historic neighborhood that has been a melting pot for New York City culture, food, and religion for nearly two centuries. This exercise program, which can accommodate participants of all fitness levels, enhances balance, builds muscle strength and aids in the performance of tasks associated with daily living.

First Two Wednesdays of Each Month at 1:15pm

Bliss Fit (Hybrid)

Well-rounded exercise class utilizing dance, yoga, and strength training exercises. Enhances overall fitness & well-being. Lively music is played throughout the class. With Instructor Trinity Schmidt.
