This exercise program, which accommodates participants of all fitness levels, enhances balance, builds muscle strength and aids in the performance of tasks associated with daily living.

Bliss Fit is a fun class that combines dance with stretching and strength training. .

Chair Yoga with Anthony (Hybrid)
Join our new Certified Yoga Instructor, Anthony Purdy, for this gentle form of yoga. Uniquely suited to older adults, it confers benefits such as increased flexibility, better concentration, enhanced strength, and reduced stress. Chair Yoga can be performed while seated or with the support of a chair.
