Programs for adults are flourishing a The Riverdale Y – for the active, for the bookish, for everybody. If you’re 60 or older, make the most of your free time. Enjoy all the fun and perks of The Riverdale Y’s membership rate at a special discount. You may be eligible for free limited access to the pool, fitness center and group exercise classes. Then choose your passion: bridge (beginner through advanced), day trips, and discounted performances at The Riverdale Y’s Neuwirth Theater. Jump into The Y’s heated, 25-yard, Salt Synergy pool that’s good for your health and kind to your skin and eyes. The pool schedule includes female-only and male-only swim hours.

Have you been meaning to learn basic computer and social media skills? We put a friendly face on technology in our SPECIALLY DESIGNED COMPUTER LITERACY CLASSES FOR ADULTS. The Riverdale Y also offers Hebrew lessons, WRITING COURSES, book club, concerts, movies, medical lectures, health screenings and a range of social services, from counseling to case management.

Socialize with other seniors while participating in celebrations, exercise and cultural activities. Hot, kosher lunch is provided, along with snacks.

Door to door accessible transportation to and from The Riverdale Y is available.
