SilverSneakers® I: Muscular Strength & Range of Movement
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Work with resistance tools and use a chair for seated/standing support.
SilverSneakers® II: Cardio Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Our standing circuit workout alternates upper body strength work with non-impact aerobics choreography. Use a chair for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.
SilverSneakers®: Yoga Stretch
Move through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support allows safe performance of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Breathing exercises and final relaxation reduce stress and promote mental clarity.
