Sports Performance Conditioning for Youth:
This is an athletic program to develop speed, power, strength, and endurance, giving your kiddo the opportunity to perform better in sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, and Baseball. The class will be held in our functional training studio, taught by Julio, our certified and degreed Fitness and Sports Director. This class is open to all levels and abilities, as modifications will be available.
