Pushing the Pace

To give our families the best experience possible, this year the Y has partnered with BeneFit Sports whose purpose is to:

Energize

Through direct training’s for coaches & volunteers coupled with season long league-commissioner mentorship, BeneFit Sports is able to ensure the important question of ‘How we do basketball’ never loses sight of ‘why we play the game!’

Empower

Kids deserve camaraderie, competition, safety, and fun. Parents deserve clear communication, professional program delivery, and clear skill development for their children. Coaches and Staff deserve respect for their time, effort, and knowledge. Through intentional program design, preemptive sessions around expectations, and an unwavering commitment to delivering values-driven youth development,  BeneFit Sports and The Riverdale Y can’t wait to deliver the best season of Stanley Lane Basketball yet!

Engage

By meeting all stakeholders (Players, Parents, Coaches) at the start of the season and establishing the culture, we promote a season of growth and development on and off the court. Through this culture building, we will establish how Riverdale does basketball and communally co-author the best season possible.
