*Aqua Fit

High-energy aquatic fitness class geared towards core strengthening, cardio building, balance, flexibility, and overall feel good. All swimmer levels welcome!

*Aqua Zumba

This water Zumba class will work your entire body in a non-impact environment. (Swim caps required)

*Balance Boot Camp

Designed to increase balance and improve core strength.

*Gentle Yoga

This beginner yoga class is a great way to increase flexibility and mobility. A great introduction to yoga.

*Meditative Yoga

Focuses on using the breath to go to into various basic standing, seated and lying postures. The class will conclude with meditation. (Please bring your own towel)


A yoga class designed specifically for individuals diagnosed with or concerned about osteopenia/osteoporosis; helps increase bone strength, with a focus on strength, flexibility and balance.

*Qigong (chee-gong) Meditation

An ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique involving meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises.

*Yoga Fundamentals

A yoga class for beginners. A great way to learn proper technique.

*Zumba Gold

This Zumba class has the moves and pacing suited for active older adults, as well as for those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle.


This class incorporates 30 minutes of Zumba with 30 minutes of ab work and sculpting.


**Aligned Movement & Yoga
In this class, participants learn principles of restorative alignment while freeing their body’s potential with natural movement exercises and yoga techniques.
**Belly Dancing

This class incorporates isolation moves for upper and lower body, shimmies, and traveling moves that are utilized in a choreographed routine.

**Bar Bhangra

This Indian based fitness dance incorporates a full body toning workout with bars and dumbbells.

**Cardio Fusion

A multi-impact class with a sculpt segment that helps develop your cardiovascular system and enhances your muscular endurance.

**Flexibility Training
This class helps you increase flexibility and help prevent injury.
**GALS (Glutes, Abs, and Legs)

Cardio-based workout focusing on those three areas.

**Masala Bhangra

An Indian dance-based cardio fitness program that combines high energy Bollywood and Bhangra moves.


Incorporates techniques that increase strength and flexibility, while focusing on proper alignment and core stability. Exercises focus on lengthening muscles and maintaining alignment, with emphasis on form, control, and increasing body awareness.

**Supreme Sculpt

A total body conditioning class involving the use of light weights, bands, and therapy balls. The class utilizes Tabata, one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), consisting of eight rounds of ultra-high intensity exercises in specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals.


This functional, intense training class focuses on total body strengthening to improve joint mobility, coordination, and flexibility.


A high energy class that incorporates a fusion of Latin & international music that combines aerobic/fitness interval dance routines.

**Vinyasa Flow

A rigorous and more athletic approach to yoga with a focus on flowing poses, alignment and sequences that are linked to breath. This class accommodates all levels, with pose modifications for beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga students.

A high-intensity 45-minute workout that will build your endurance as well as your strength.

*Silver Sneakers I: Muscular Strength and Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance.


*Silver Sneakers II: Cardio Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobics choreography.


*Silver Sneakers III: Yoga Stretch

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
