The Sunday Kickboxing Class from 10am-11am is full but we have another class from 1 pm – 2pm

11:00 am - 12:00 pm HITT

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm Ultimate Quest (our signature class) combines HITT Cardio, TRX, and strength training)

1:00 pm - 2:00 pm Kickboxing

Monday

7:00 am - 8:00 am Tabata Bootcamp

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Kid's fit (Ages 8-11)

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Kettlebell burn

Tuesday

10:15 am - 11:15 am Specialized Flexibility training

Wednesday

7:00 am - 8:00 am Ultimate Quest (our signature class) combines HITT Cardio,TRX, and strength training) This class will change elements every month

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm Kid's fit (Ages 8-11)

7:00 pm - 8:00 pm Kickboxing

7:00 am - 8:00 am HITT
