Denise Diaz
After School Counselor
My name is Denise, and I have been at Kids Space for 5 years! I’m a head counselor for 5th and 6th grade this year. I teach Hands on Art for 3rd and 4th grade. I’ve worked with every grade level, from Kindergarten -10th, and I really enjoy it! I also work at one of the Riverdale Y’s camp during the summer. My hobbies and interests include Arts and Crafts, drawing and animation. My goal for the year is to continue making new memories with the kids, and continuing to encourage creativity and fun!
Philosophy
My favorite part of the job is when we play a great game with teamwork and positive energy!
