Kathy has been CPT certified since 1999 and has a background in professional dance.She works holistically, tackling all aspects of movement. Among her specialties is corrective exercise, following years of bad habits, to correct things like bad posture. She can build on a program following physical therapy, or surgery. Consistency in physical training is extremely important and it’s never too late to start exercising because studies show working out can keep your brain younger, too!
