Personal Trainer

Mike is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and he knows the value of fitness and proper nutrition.  In his own fitness journey, he lost 75 pounds! He makes sure to tailor your fitness program to your goals and ability…all while having some fun.

You can find Mike working out at the Y.  Outside of the Y, he will be volunteering in a local park, running, being a photographer, and educating himself on the latest scientific fitness research.
