Being healthy and active is what makes me happy, and fortunately, it is also good for me. Therefore, I am so grateful that making a healthy lifestyle available and accessible to my community is also how I get to earn a living. Since college, where I worked during the year at the University of Florida Recreation Centers and spent my summers managing an aquatics complex in the crater of an Italian volcano, I studied the impact of exercise on the human body. From there I had the opportunity to manage a variety of facilities in the corporate, commercial, university, and private sectors, but nothing has felt more at home to me than being back here in the Jewish Community.
If I’m not in the building, you can find me outside…doing triathlons, hiking, playing at the beach, cooking, and traveling. My goal is to create a space that makes you happy and will help you achieve your best health, so please let me know what that would look like for you and your family.
