The Riverdale Y’s Sunday Market is a community gathering space for shopping, socializing, and learning. The market provides activities for children & adults in addition to live music and seasonal tastings. The market strives to provide fresh, high quality food grown and produced in New York, and fosters a direct connection between local shoppers and the small scale farmers, artists, craftspeople, and food producers whom the market champions.

The Riverdale Y is host to a destination farmer’s market every week, right here in our community. Find an abundance of fresh, locally grown or produced food – dairy, eggs, produce, meat, baked goods, jams and honeys, and more – every Sunday in May through November, from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., at Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy (corner of Independence Avenue and West 237th Street).
